Going through birth and death records, I calculate the age my grandparents were in passing. With my parents’ ages taken into effect, I analyze how much time they have left if they died when their parents did, using my maternal grandmother and paternal grandfather. The relentless ticking of a clock showcases a struggle of identity limited by the past and a present that is ever moving forward. Through this process, I contemplate my own vulnerability as I face the future and my own eventual expiration
